How can I create a return request?
You can request a return within 14 days after receiving products purchased from Yira Home.
To create a return request, fill in the Return Request Form or go to My Orders and create a request for the relevant product. After your request is reviewed, the next steps will be shared with you by email.
For your return request to be processed, the product must be in its original packaging and you must provide your invoice.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly sent, we will offer you a free solution. For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your product arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please fill in the Return Request Form to start the return process. We will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with the most suitable solution.

Do the products have a warranty?
Your statutory warranty rights apply to the products you purchase. This means the product should be intact, complete, usable and in line with its product description.
If there is a manufacturing defect, material defect, missing part, incorrect product shipment or a situation that does not match the product description, we will review your request, offer the most suitable solution and provide free support.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Normal wear and tear, user error, dropping, impact, breakage, scratches, misuse, damage caused by liquid, heat or moisture, and failure to follow cleaning or care instructions are not covered by the warranty.
